Privacy
Cue is run by Reuben Docea, trading as SwiftSong (support@cue.swift-song.com). This says what we keep, why, who else sees it, and what you can do about it.
What we keep
- Your account: your first name, your email, and your password, stored only as a one-way hash.
- Your workspace: everything you or your helpers put in: concerts, tours, journeys, places to stay, money, paperwork, notes, and the files you upload (contracts, receipts, documents such as visas).
- People you work with: the names and contact details of presenters, hosts and others that you record. You decide what goes in; we keep it for you, as an address book would, and use it for nothing else.
- If you write to us: your message, kept for up to a year.
- Signing in: two cookies, one to keep you signed in and one to protect forms. No advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics.
Who else sees it
- Amazon Web Services hosts the service and its backups, in London (AWS eu-west-2), delivers it through its CloudFront network, which filters out attacks, and sends our emails. We keep no logs of your visits.
- Anthropic reads text only when you ask: notes you paste in to be filed, and a draft you ask for. It is sent then, for that, and Anthropic does not train on it.
- OpenStreetMap is asked where a venue's address is, to put it on the map, and serves the map's tiles to your browser.
- Nobody else. We do not sell or share your data, and only you and the people you invite can see your workspace. We look into it only if you ask us to, to help you.
How long
Until you delete it. Deleting your workspace removes everything in it at once; our backups keep a copy for up to 35 days, after which it is gone.
What you can do
- Download everything in your workspace, at any time, under Office, "Take it with you, or delete it".
- Correct anything, or delete your workspace, the same way.
- Ask us anything about your data at support@cue.swift-song.com. If you are in the UK or the EU you may also complain to your data protection authority.
