Terms

These are the terms for using Cue, run by Reuben Docea, trading as SwiftSong.

• Your records are yours. You may take them away or delete them at any time.
• You are responsible for what you put in, including other people's contact details: record only what you may lawfully keep, and contact people only as the law allows. Cue never sends anything to anyone on your behalf.
• Drafts and filed notes are suggestions. They come from a language model and can be wrong. Check them before you rely on them or send them.
• Keep your password to yourself, and invite helpers rather than sharing it.
• Use it fairly. Do not try to reach anyone else's workspace, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.
• It comes as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, and keep backups, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never lose anything. Keep your own copies of what matters, with the download under Office.
• Changes. If these terms change, we will tell you by email before they apply.
